I think I want to plant a small container garden for vegetables. I think it is good to have something outside of ones self to take care of. I want to feel that joy of having something depend on me for nurishment and care. After some intensive research it looks like I have a good election to choose from here in Florida. I am planning for the vegetables;(but this can always change) tomato (thinking cherry or grape and maybe an heirloom variety), peppers (green), and possibly eggplant. For the herbs I want basil, cilantro and rosemary. I use these three herbs the most.I already have the containers for the tomato and herbs, now on to freecycle for the rest. :)

So, I am sitting here with the rain pouring down ouside my window. I love the dark rainy days, it makes me feel like it is okay that I don't want to go outside or leave the comfort of my 890 square feet. Dang it, I have no food in the house though... ugh.

I need somewhere to put my thoughts... so here is good.
